A graduate engineer from the École de technologie supérieure and a LEED Green Associate, Mr. Boucher joined JCB in 2011 as an estimator. Thanks to his strong leadership and proactive attitude, he quickly rose through the ranks to become, in turn, project manager, construction director, and partner and vice-president, construction. Result-oriented and a strong advocate of innovation, he successfully completed numerous large-scale projects working alongside various specialized trades and carefully identifying his clients’ current and future needs to build infrastructures that meet their expectations.

As President and General Manager, he will be responsible for ensuring the company's sound management, developing and implementing quality control programmes, and participating in the development of technological innovations that will contribute to increasing the company's productivity at all levels. Working closely with his co-partners, Pascal Fortin, Vice President, Field Operations, and Denis Massey, Vice President, Finance, Mr. Boucher will pursue his vision for the future that will position JCB ever more firmly within the construction industry.
