This project entails the construction of a new community and sports center for the Sun Youth organization. The center will offer dedicated spaces for sports, arts, and a range of community services, including a grocery-style food bank, meeting areas, a study and tutoring room, a clothing dispensary, a community kitchen, and a cafeteria. With a focus on sustainability, the design aims for carbon neutrality and will incorporate a mass timber structure. The development will follow the BIM approach, fostering close collaboration with all stakeholders throughout the project.
